REFUND POLICY
Beau Monde Academy's refund policy aligns with the principles set forth by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and guidelines for Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) to ensure fairness and transparency. This policy is designed to address cancellations, refunds, and other financial aspects, reflecting our commitment to ethical practices and the interests of students.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within stipulated timelines. The policy categorizes refunds based on the following scenarios:

Course Enrollment Cancellation: A student withdrawing before the commencement of the course is entitled to a percentage refund based on the timeline of withdrawal.

Course Discontinuation by the Academy: In case of unforeseen discontinuation of the course, students are eligible for a full refund.

Technical Errors: For any payment errors due to technical glitches, the academy ensures prompt resolution and reimbursement.
2. Refund Timelines and Deductions

100% Refund: If cancellation is requested within 15 days of payment and before the course start date.
