4. Payments and Refunds

4.2 Refund Policy: Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

Requests made within 7 days of enrollment.
Less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days, subject to deductions for administrative costs.
4.3 Non-Refundable Items: Fees for downloadable resources, live sessions, or physical product kits are non-refundable.
